This is my eleventh year as Anderson County Criminal District Attorney. Before being elected District Attorney I was in private practice in Palestine, Texas as a certified personal injury trial lawyer by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. My undergraduate degree is from the University of Houston in Business Technology and I graduated from the University of Houston, Bates College of Law in 1978.
My wife, Diane and I live in Tennessee Colony, Texas which is about 12 miles northwest of the City of Palestine.
